Refund

Here you'll find our refund policy for your orders with us. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle refunds and what your rights and responsibilities are.

1. Returning products

1.1. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from Dailyplay. If you are not satisfied, you can return your product (for distance selling consumer purchases) within 45 days of receipt in accordance with the terms of this policy.
1.2. Always report your return in advance via info@dailyplay.nl You will then receive instructions for returning the item.

2. Refunds

2.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.
2.2. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the return. Processing times for your bank or card issuer may vary.
2.3. Orders with (included) digital product

  • Many of our physical products are delivered in combination with digital products (e.g. exclusive videos, downloads, access to content).

  • Digital product cannot be returned once it has been delivered/made accessible.

  • If you return the physical product while the digital product has already been delivered or unlocked, a maximum of 50% of the purchase price will be refunded (the remaining part covers the value of the digital product).

3. Conditions for refund

3.1. To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has been registered for return within 45 days of receipt and subsequently returned on time.

  • The product is in new and unused condition , including all original packaging and labels .

  • There are no signs of use, wear or damage .

  • The product complies with our hygiene policy (see 3.2).

3.2. Hygiene & sealing
For hygiene reasons, intimate products can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact . Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless the product is defective upon receipt.

3.3. Defective or incorrectly delivered
If your product is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dailyplay.nl with photos/video. In that case, we will cover the return costs and, after inspection, you will receive a replacement or refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1. If you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for the return costs , unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
4.2. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace . You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping the order until we receive it.

5. What is reimbursed

5.1. We will refund the purchase price of the product (subject to Article 2.3 for orders with digital products). Any standard shipping costs paid for the outward journey may, if applicable, be refunded in accordance with statutory regulations. Additional costs for non-standard (expedited or insured) shipping are non-refundable.
5.2. Accessories, extras, or gifts that are part of a bundle must be returned. If any components are missing, a depreciation may be deducted.
