Please note: Hygiene policy

Because many of our products fall within the legally determined hygiene policy, the products below can no longer be returned once the plastic seal is broken.

• Large Dolls: These products come in a transparent sealed bag. This method allows you to see if the doll meets your expectations before opening the bag.
• Masturbators: The packages of the masturbators are sealed. Once the package is opened, you can no longer return it.
• Cockrings: The packaging of the cockrings is sealed. Once the packaging is opened, you can no longer return it.
• Supplements: The cap of the jar is sealed, once the cap is opened you can no longer return it.

How do you return a product?

1. Please contact us via the "contact" page and state your name, order number and reason for return.
2. Make sure all products are safely packed in the box to prevent damage during transport, preferably in the original box.
3. Make sure all included products and accessories are in the box. If the order is returned incomplete or damaged, we will retain a portion of the refund amount.
4. Write the order number clearly on the box with a black marker or a sticker.
5. Drop off the package at the post office and make sure you send with a track and trace code. As the sender, you are always responsible for the delivery of your package. Use the return address below.
6. We will refund the money to your account within 7 working days of receipt.
